PH Suite Studio ("the App") is operated by BULL EYE GLOBAL SERVICES S.L., tax ID (NIF) B63482194, registered address Can Solanes 28, 08960 Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona), Spain ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Contact: proyectods2024@gmail.com.
The App is a private, internal tool. It is not offered to the public. This policy applies to the account holders who expressly authorize the App to publish content on their social media accounts (for example, YouTube and, where enabled, Instagram or TikTok).
youtube.upload permission, which allows it to upload videos and set their title, description and tags on the authorized channel. The App does not access comments, subscribers, analytics, emails, contacts or any other Google account data.We use the data only to operate the App: to produce localized videos and publish them to the accounts that have been expressly authorized. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or build user profiles. Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
To produce videos, we send content only (audio, transcripts and scripts) to the following providers, who process it on our behalf: OpenAI (speech-to-text transcription), Anthropic (script adaptation) and ElevenLabs (voice generation). The App is hosted by OVHcloud on servers located in the European Union. We do not share Google or YouTube authorization tokens or account data with any of these providers or with any other third party.
Some providers are based in the United States. Where content is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Authorization tokens are stored on our server in the European Union, encrypted and protected by access controls. Only authorized personnel of BULL EYE GLOBAL SERVICES S.L. can access the App.
Account holders can revoke the App's access to their Google account at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After access is revoked, or upon request to proyectods2024@gmail.com, we delete the stored authorization tokens and related API data within 7 days.
The App uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing the App, account holders agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We process authorization data on the basis of the account holder's consent, given through the platform's authorization screen, and of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the App. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to proyectods2024@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
